Although the notes are vague, Teenage Blackout is apparently Darren
Callahan, a man who, judging from songs such as "Vista Larga" and "Dead
Stars," is a synthesizer wizard every bit the equal of anyone in Kraftwerk.
Catchy, bubbly, perky, and sounding like the future as envisioned by
electronic artists of the '70s and early '80s, Theories Of Jet Propulsion
belongs in the collection of any self-respecting techno-dweeb who doesn't
mind programming around the two tracks besmirched by vocals.
